GroVia Shipping Policy

We work hard to ship your GroVia order quickly and reliably. Below you will find important information about free shipping, domestic delivery, international orders, and delivery expectations.


Free Shipping Details (United States)

GroVia offers free shipping on qualifying retail orders of $100 or more within the Continental United States.

  • Free shipping applies after discounts are applied
  • If a discount code reduces your subtotal below $100, shipping charges will apply
  • Free shipping orders are sent via USPS or UPS at GroVia’s discretion
  • Estimated transit time is typically 5 to 8 business days depending on location

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.

Please ensure you provide a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.


Orders Under $100 (United States)

Retail orders under $100 will have calculated shipping at checkout.

  • Available carriers may include USPS, UPS SurePost, or UPS Ground
  • UPS SurePost estimated transit time: 5 to 8 business days
  • UPS Ground estimated transit time: 3 to 7 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information with an estimated delivery window.

GroVia is not responsible for confirmed deliveries that are lost or stolen, or for delays caused by weather or carrier errors.


International Shipping

GroVia ships to many international destinations. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.

Currency and Pricing

For most countries, pricing will display in your local currency when available through geolocation. At checkout, you will see your final guaranteed order total, including shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes that will be paid on your behalf when applicable.

Exchange Rates

Your order total is locked at the exchange rate in effect at the time your order is placed. Rates are based on average aggregate exchange data.

Duties and Taxes

When applicable, international duties, tariffs, VAT, and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your order total. In most cases, you will not owe additional fees at delivery.

Please note that requirements can vary by country. If duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for payment before the shipment is released.

International Delivery Timeframes

Most international orders arrive within 5 to 18 business days after shipment. The delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

International Returns

At this time, GroVia does not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final.

International Warranty

International warranty support may vary depending on the issue and location. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Missing or Incorrect Items (International)

We carefully pack every order. However, if an international order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please contact customer service. In most cases, we are unable to ship missing items separately for international orders and will review the situation with you directly.


Order Changes and Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify it. If needed, you may review our returns policy for eligible domestic returns.
